Nina Mayfield

Nina brings extensive experience in construction and retail, with a strong focus on senior living. Her people-first leadership balances operational excellence with compassion, creating safe and dignified environments for residents. Known for her strategic insight and genuine care, Nina enhances team dynamics, elevates operations, and fosters thriving cultures for both staff and residents.

Outside of work, Nina is an adventure enthusiast who enjoys exploring new places, great food, and spending time with family and dogs. A proud foodie with a curious spirit, she values living fully and appreciating life’s simple joys.
