What is the difference between Senior Living Apartments and Active Independent Living?

Great question! Our community offers both Senior Living Apartments and Active Independent Living. This means that all residents enjoy a range of fantastic amenities included in their rent, such as maintenance, utilities, basic cable, transportation for group outings, and happy hour events.

We also prioritize giving our residents the flexibility to select premium services if they desire. In our Active Independent Living living option, chef-prepared dining, weekly housekeeping services, and on-demand transportation are included in one convenient monthly rate. Conversely, our Senior Living Apartments offer these services at an à la carte pricing structure, allowing residents to choose only the amenities that suit their needs.
